Colin D. Kelsey
Colin Kelsey focuses his practice on complex civil litigation matters with an emphasis on toxic tort, products liability, and premises liability claims.
As a litigator, Colin handles cases from inception to resolution and has played a key role in securing many favorable outcomes. He has represented product manufacturers, industrial property owners, municipal entities, common carriers, and healthcare providers involving standard product liability claims, negligence, land use, and medical malpractice in many phases of litigation. Colin routinely drafts pleadings and dispositive motions, takes and defends depositions, and drafts and responds to written discovery – positioning clients for successful results. Our client teams rely on Colin’s strategic and collaborative approach to each matter, his clear and thorough communication, and his keen attention to detail.
In his free time, Colin enjoys playing golf and hockey, skiing, and reading.
