Jennifer Mesko and Ethan Weber spoke at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2024 Class Actions National Institute held October 24–25 in Nashville. Jenn, who also co-chaired the event, moderated a panel of innovators discussing how artificial intelligence will affect the legal profession and class action practice. Ethan co-presented “Class Actions 101,” focusing on the fundamentals of class action practice.
