Scarlet R. Rush
Scarlet Rush applies her background in complex business and civil litigation to represent clients in a wide range of commercial disputes.
Scarlet assists clients navigating commercial litigation issues. Her experience includes handling matters involving breach of contract, fraud, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment litigation, and real estate litigation. She is skilled in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, and has successfully defended complex litigation matters at all stages of a dispute. Scarlet is also experienced in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
During law school, Scarlet volunteered with the Arizona State University Civil Litigation Clinic, providing pro bono legal services on various legal issues. During her time assisting those at the Clinic, Scarlet learned the true meaning of putting her clients’ needs and interests first.
Outside of the practice of law, Scarlet enjoys experiencing new cultures through international travel and spending time with her family and golden retriever, Marvin.
