On September 10, Karen Ross presented “5 Hard Phrases Lawyers Should Master” in an Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA) Lunch-and-Learn webinar, hosted by the OACTA Mentorship Program. The Lunch-and-Learn is an informal, interactive gathering for OACTA’s New and Young Lawyers to discuss a topic that is related to their personal and/or professional lives as lawyers. Karen presented the webinar as part of her role as OACTA Mentorship Program Chair.
