On June 12, Charissa Walker spoke at DRI’s 2024 Diversity for Success Seminar in Nashville. The seminar is designed to address recent diversity-related legal decisions and lawsuits in both the educational and occupational settings and offer insights and resources for attendees to incorporate in their careers. Charissa was part of the program’s Women of Color Roundtable: The Path to Promotion, addressing the mindset, preparation, strategies, and actions leading to career advancement in law firms and corporate settings, among other topics.
