Tucker Ellis is proud to announce that Susan Racey has been selected as the recipient of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland (EPC) 2024 Exceptional Service Award. The annual award recognizes members who have made a substantial impact on the estate planning community as a whole, locally, or on a statewide basis through their efforts during the past two years.

Susan will receive the award in recognition of her service, including her role in the collaborative effort in enacting Ohio’s Postnuptial Agreement Statute, which has been a substantial development in Ohio law. Susan will be honored with the award at a special celebration on June 10.
