On March 21, Charissa Walker gave a presentation on the importance of recent changes to Federal Rule of Evidence 702 and then moderated a panel discussion on the topic at DRI’s 2024 Business and Intellectual Property Litigation Super Conference in Philadelphia. In “Evolving Evidence: Adapting to the Latest Federal Rules of Evidence 702 for Experts,” Charissa and her co-panelists discussed the implications of revised Rule 702 – which became effective on December 1, 2023 – and how attorneys can ensure that expert testimony gets in front of the jury.
