Anika Prednis assists individual and corporate clients in complex commercial and real estate litigation.
Anika is skilled at legal research and preparing key documents at all stages of a dispute, from comprehensive pre-litigation demand letters and pleadings to settlement agreements. She counsels clients on litigation strategy and develops efficient solutions for alternative dispute resolution. Her background in economics and finance uniquely positions Anika to guide clients through their business issues.
Anika prepares state filings for new corporations and crafts operating agreements. Leveraging her business litigation experience, Anika can both identify and address potential legal issues in transactions. She also handles real estate disputes, particularly issues arising out of the leasing, purchase, and sale of property.
Outside of work, Anika enjoys cooking, golfing, and skiing.
