On March 15, Melissa Kelly presented “Payroll Issues on the Horizon – Law Updates” to a group of payroll and HR professionals on topics that may impact them in the near future and beyond. Melissa explored generational changes in the workplace, multi-state compliance, new salary thresholds, Earned Wage Access vendors, pay transparency laws, and predictive scheduling regulation and laws, as well as best practices for preparing for these changes.
