Tucker Ellis is pleased to announce that Chad Eggspuehler and Charissa Walker have been selected to co-chair the firm’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Committee.

Prior to co-chairing the firm’s EDI Committee, Chad co-chaired lgbTE, the inclusion resource group that serves the firm’s LGBTQ+ attorneys, staff, and allied colleagues interested in issues of equity and inclusion. He is a volunteer analyst for Equality Ohio and has served on the Cuyahoga County Commission on Human Rights since 2021.

Charissa is currently serving her second term as the Charlotte City Lead for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), an organization committed to ensuring all talent thrives, with the ultimate goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession. She served as the 2022-2023 Diversity Chair to the Defense Research Institute’s Drug & Medical Device Committee and now serves on the Women of Color Subcommittee. Charissa also previously served on the DRI YLC Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee and participated in the LCLD Pathfinders Program.
