Brian Lee

Brian, who practices in both state and federal court, is experienced in pre-suit counseling as well as all phases of litigation. He is known for his attention to detail – both factual and legal – which accounts for his successes in all types of resolution, including mediation, arbitration and trial. Brian quickly achieves client confidence through his thorough witness preparation and cross-examination as well as his research, writing and oral argument.

Before joining Tucker Ellis, Brian handled a wide array of matters, including medical professional liability, premises and retail liability, and automobile litigation in both state and federal courts. Brian’s experience also includes working as a prosecutor at a District Attorney’s office for several years, managing a heavy caseload and trying several jury trials to verdict.
