To strengthen our talent pipeline, Tucker Ellis maintains strong relationships with area law schools.
A key component of this effort is our active engagement with institutions across Northeast Ohio. One example is our Robert C. Tucker Scholarship at Cleveland State University (CSU) College of Law, established in honor of one of our founding partners. Each year, the firm awards this scholarship to a CSU Law student who is a graduate of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Tucker Ellis attorneys are also deeply involved in mentoring and supporting law students. We have actively counseled, mentored, and recruited students from the National Black Law Students Association chapters at CSU College of Law, Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and The University of Akron School of Law. Additionally, our attorneys have coached the Frederick Douglass Moot Court team at CSU College of Law to success at both the regional and national levels.
