On January 25, Jason Torf presented two sessions at “Wake Up! Shake Up! Prepare for 2023,” a seminar sponsored by the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) BCS Intermountain. In the first session, Jason discussed small business reorganizations under new Subchapter V of the Bankruptcy Code, including differences between a Subchapter V and a traditional chapter 11 bankruptcy, the impact on trade creditors, and how it has worked so far. In the second session, Jason shared best practices for credit application terms and conditions, as well as credit enhancements.
