On January 19-20, Tucker Ellis hosted its 2023 Business Law Institute on Corporate Law and M&A in the Cleveland office. The rigorous two-day event featured more than a dozen presentations by the firm’s Cleveland, Chicago, and Los Angeles attorneys, as well as guest speakers. The creative and educational program was specifically designed to pair associates and counsel with partners to maximize opportunities for mentoring and in-person training. The speakers approached their topics as dynamic and interactive conversations, as opposed to strict presentations.
