On October 6, Tony Petruzzi spoke at “Overcoming the Challenges of Modern Discovery,” an event presented by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) Ohio Chapter. Tony was part of a panel of industry experts discussing the technical challenges and logistics associated with today’s collections, the legal steps and potential pitfalls for counsel to consider, and the strategies that corporations, their IT staff and their counsel need to take in order to handle these challenges.
