On June 25, Thomas Fawkes participated on a panel on Top Bankruptcy Cases and Decisions at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 29th Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.  Joining Tom on the panel was United States Bankruptcy Judge Janet Baer (Northern District of Illinois), as well as several other leading Chicago-based bankruptcy attorneys.  The panel analyzed several of the most significant commercial and consumer bankruptcy decisions that have been rendered over the last year.
