Congratulations to Cleveland Marshall College of Law’s (C|M|LAW) Black Law Students Association (BLSA) Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Team! The team took home both First and Third Place honors in the 2022 Thurgood Marshall Midwest Regional Moot Court Competition in St. Louis and made history with its fifth consecutive win at Midwest Regionals. These victories also mark the first time that C|M|LAW’s BLSA Chapter will send two teams to the national competition.

Alumnus Jasmine Taylor served as one of the team’s coaches, while guest judges included John McCaffrey, Chad Eggspuehler, and DeAngelo LaVette.
