Knight Anderson is a co-editor of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) recent book Toxic Exposure Claims: A Fifty-State Survey. Published by the ABA Products Liability Committee in 2016, the compendium focuses on the law applicable to various toxic exposure claims – i.e., claims of alleged harm caused to person or property by exposure to dangerous substances – across each of the 50 states and in the District of Columbia. The text includes citation to case law and statutory authority and discussion thereof. Knight, Nate Newman, and Sarena Holder were all contributing authors to the book. Tucker Ellis authored the chapters on California, Colorado, Indiana, and Ohio. For more information, click here
